Real Estate Development Company Vacancies

A Real Estate Development Company with subsidiary Companies urgently needs the services of the following personnel:

1. Project Engineers: (Expatriates or Nigerians)

Requirements:
-Possession of a minimum of First Degree from relevant University or Polytechnic
-Possession of relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
-Computer literacy.

2. Accounts Officers:

Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc Accounting graduates with minimum of 3 years post graduate experience.
-Proficiency in the use of Peach tree accounting software, MS excel and MS Word.

3. Stores Officers:

Requirements:
-Proven tracks record of performing similar function in relevant Department of a reputable Company
- Must possess either OND / HND / B.Sc in Supply and Purchasing.

4. Secretaries:

Requirements:
-Possession of either HND/B.Sc in Administration or any Social Sciences or Diploma in Secretarial Studies
-Must be versatile in the use of various computer applications including, Excel, Word, Page Maker etc.
-The ideal candidate must be highly intelligent, organized and able to work under pressure with little or no supervision.

5. Electrical and Mechanical Engineers:

Requirements:
-Must have qualification of at least OND and relevant experience of at least 5 years.
-Proficiency in the use of Computer.
-Membership of related professional body is an added advantage.

6. Marketing Executives:

Requirements:
-Female graduates of English Language or Mass Communication, Marketing or Social Sciences with a minimum of HND.
-Must have experience of not less than 2 years.
-Must be proactive, resourceful, self motivated, target driven with good team leadership.
