Vacancies in A Real Estate & Building Construction Company

A Young Dynamic Company involved in Real Estate Development and Building Construction with a unique technology is seeking qualified candidates with value for excellence, integrity and passion to send in their applications for screening; to fill the following vacant positions and complement its versatile team.

1. General Manager/Chief Operating Officer -C00 149

-He/She will be reporting to the Board of Directors.
-Functions as the Management Team leader working under the guidance of the Board to develop Business and operational policies that will enhance growth and profitability of the business.
-A team player who will be responsible for initiating and promoting new business projects, managing existing projects and budgets within stipulated time lines with the highest level of quality.

The ideal candidate will be a University graduate of Quantity Surveying or Building Technology or Civil Engineering with relevant professional qualifications.

Core area of competence will be a demonstrable experience of 10 – 12 years in the Building industry, with the last 4-5 years in Senior/Top management position.
An MBA degree is highly desirable.

2. Head, Finance and Accounting – HFA 150

-He/She will be reporting to the General Manager/COO,
-A Team leader and professional who will be responsible for transaction processing and add tremendous value to the business process by providing accurate and meaningful information to aid the decision making process of management.
-Oversees the full implementation of company’s policy on Financial and Internal control processes; safeguarding the Assets, and wealth of the company.
-The incumbent must be comfortable with the use of computerized financial applications, diligent, enthusiastic, with keen eye for detail, comfortable with holding people to account.
-The ideal candidate must be a University Graduate with professional qualifications in Accountancy (ACA, ACCA).
-A team player who is expected to have as his core area of competence a good understanding of computerized accounting systems; with 5-7 years experience in managing an efficient team in the provision of financial information for Top/Senior Management.
