VACANCIES IN A LAGOS PROPERTY INVESTMENT COMPANY

A Leading Property Investment Company located in Ikoyi,Lagos has vacancies for the positions below:

1. Property Manager

Qualification:

-The candidate must be a lawyer within the age bracket of 40 and 50 years old.
-Must have at least 10 years working experience in a reputable property organization.


2. Maintenance Manager

Qualification:

-The candidate must have at least 7-10 years experience with a property management company/hotel
-Must be a graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with solid experience in the maintenance of high rise buildings.

3. Cleaning Supervisors

Qualification:
-The candidates are expected to have at least 5 years experience in the monitoring and management of cleaning activities both internally and in the grounds of luxury apartments or serviced office buildings

4. Sales Persons / Marketers

Qualification:
-The candidates must have at least 2 years marketing or sales experience. Interested candidates should also be University graduates, HND or OND holders.
